Justice BYRNE delivered the opinion of the court:

Following a stipulated bench trial, defendant, Ricky E. Velez, was found guilty of resisting a police officer (720 ILCS 5/31-1(a) (West 2000)) and unlawful use of weapons (UUW) (720 ILCS 5/24-1(a)(1) (West 2000)). The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of one year of conditional discharge for each conviction. The written sentencing order further stated, "restitution paid to SAO W/I 60 days of demand."
