Petitioner Samuel Buntyn appeals from a final order issued by the Government Standards and Practices Commission (the commission). Petitioner assigns error to the commission's conclusions that he violated ORS 244.040(1)(a) and ORS 244.120(1)(c). We review for errors of law, ORS 183.482(8)(a), and hold that the commission erred in concluding that petitioner violated ORS 244.040(1)(a), but affirm the commission's conclusion that petitioner violated ORS 244...
