Martin L. Schneider, M.D., P.A. (Schneider) and Diana K. Wise (Wise) appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of Eloise Haws (Haws). Alleging claims sounding in medical malpractice, Haws sued Wise and Schneider to recover damages for injuries sustained when she fell and struck her head while walking down a hall in their office. Haws, an 88 year old woman who walked with a cane, was present in the office to undergo testing...
