Carl J. Curtis pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 860(a), and one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3). Curtis successfully appealed his 120-month sentence and was resentenced to 78 months. Curtis again appeals, arguing that the district court erroneously...
