Fisher (Landowners) appeal from the March 22, 2002 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County (trial court) that adopted a referee's decision dismissing Landowners' validity challenge to Cranberry Township Ordinance No. 96-263 (Ord. 96-263).
