Case Summary

C.M.L. appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Republic Services, Inc. ("Republic") and Kenneth Brabant ("Kenneth"). Specifically, C.M.L. challenges the trial court's determinations that C.M.L.'s cause of action was barred by the parental immunity doctrine and the Indiana Guest Statute.
