GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Eugene Doms appeals from the trial court's Modified Judgment and Minute Entry. The trial court's ruling was based on this court's decision in Anderson v. Doms, 1999 UT App 207, 984 P.2d 392. On appeal, Doms argues the trial court erred when it refused to award him interest paid under a trust deed note.
