PER CURIAM.

Seminole Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Rachel's ("Rachel's"), petitions this court to issue a writ of certiorari directed to the circuit court's decision upholding the revocation of the Rachel's adult entertainment license. Applying the narrow scope of review required in this second tier certiorari proceeding, we deny the petition.
