James Winters was convicted in the Washington County Circuit Court on two counts of sexual battery upon a fourteen year old male and sentenced to twenty years on each count to be served consecutively. Winters filed a timely appeal arguing that the verdict was contrary to the weight and sufficiency of the evidence, that the court erred in allowing an amendment to the indictment, and that the two-count indictment was multiplicatus...
