Philip D. Furlong, respondent, was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska on February 14, 1983. He is also admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa. On April 25, 2001, he was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in Iowa by the Iowa Supreme Court, with no possibility of reinstatement for 18 months as a result of his actions which violated provisions of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers, which actions...
