On November 13, 1999, appellant, Anthony Nelson, entered a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron automobile owned by Fiona Mitchell while it was parked in front of a convenience store in Little Rock. Ms. Mitchell was inside the store at the time appellant entered the vehicle, but Theresa Witt was sitting in the passenger's seat of the car.
