Serges Jacques Descent appeals his convictions and sentences for mail fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy. Finding no error in the district court's denial of Descent's motion for judgment of acquittal, and concluding that the district court was correct in not grouping the money laundering and fraud counts for purposes of sentencing, we affirm those decisions.
