M.S.H. ("the father") and C.A.H. ("the mother") were divorced by an April 3, 2000, order of the trial court. The parties had entered into a settlement agreement on February 29, 2000. The trial court's April 3, 2000, divorce judgment incorporated the terms of that agreement.
