Defendant appeals as of right from his jury trial convictions of armed robbery, M.C.L. § 750.529, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, M.C.L. § 750.157a, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), M.C.L. § 750.227b. Defendant was sentenced to two years' imprisonment for the felony-firearm conviction, and consecutive to that, two concurrent terms of twelve to forty years for the armed robbery and conspiracy...
