Erin Connor petitions for review of the December 28, 2001 adjudication and order of the Insurance Commissioner which affirmed the May 29, 2001 decision of the Insurance Department that Erie Insurance Exchange (Erie) complied with the law governing nonrenewal of automobile insurance policies when it issued to Connor a notice of nonrenewal of her policy.
