¶ 1 This is an appeal from the February 28, 2001 order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County denying Appellant's motion for class certification under Pa.R.C.P. 1702, 1708 and 1709. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further procedure.
