FITZPATRICK, Chief Judge.

Deloris Purvis (claimant), contends the Workers' Compensation Commission (commission) erred in finding that Johnny Stanley (Stanley), her boyfriend of twenty-five years and the father of her child, was not an employee of Porter Cabs, Inc.
