Denton, 247 Ga.App. 232, 543 S.E.2d 65 (2000), to determine whether the Court of Appeals was correct that trespass is a tort that falls outside the ambit of OCGA § 9-11-11.1, Georgia's anti-SLAPP (Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation) statute.
