COVINGTON, Judge.

The appellants challenge a probate court order that denies their application for the recognition of a California judgment. We reverse.

The basic facts herein are the same as those underlying the controversy in O'Keefe v. Burchett, 833 So.2d 162 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002). That is, on September 5, 1996, the decedent, Michael A. O'Keefe, an orthopedic surgeon, died from massive injuries he suffered in a plane...
