On November 9, 2001, Defendants IUE-CWA Automotive Conference Board ("Conference Board") and IUE-CWA Local 717 ("Local 717") (collectively "the Union") and Defendant Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation ("Delphi") moved for summary judgment [Docs. 29, 31].
