Leda Salvatierra appeals an adverse judgment in which the trial court ruled that the state lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear her action for divorce and ancillary matters where she and her husband enjoy diplomatic status in the United States. The trial court ruled, as a matter of law, that Mrs. Salvatierra could not establish a domicile in this state for divorce purposes.
