J.N. Manson Agency, Inc., and General Insurance Company of America appeal a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding Manson liable to the Estate of Millie Fusfeld for negligence while acting as the Estate's insurance agent. Manson argues the trial court erred when it submitted the issue of Manson's negligence to the jury. The court determined Manson should have informed the Estate's agent about the vacancy clause and further clarified the coverage...
