Clint Warren appeals his convictions on two informations of theft by check in an amount greater than twenty dollars but less than five hundred dollars. The trial court assessed his punishment at 180 days in the Denton County Jail for each offense. In what appear to be three points, appellant argues that the evidence is insufficient to support his convictions of the two offenses...
