From the judgment awarding the contractor, Lee Underwood, $33,000 pursuant to a land-clearing contract, the landowner, Benny J. Rollins appealed and claimed that the trial court made erroneous factual findings and incorrectly denied his reconventional demand. The plaintiff, Underwood, claimed that Rollins owed him $40,000 (less a credit for $10,000 already paid) for his clearing 40 acres of Rollins' property...
