The defendant, Ludwik Sowinski, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in this action for the dissolution of the parties' marriage. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly admitted hearsay regarding the value of certain real property and that in relying on such hearsay, it found the value of such property to be $59,900.
