LEE YEAKEL, Justice.

A jury found appellant Randall Millslagle guilty of endangering a child. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.041(c) (West Supp. 2002). The district court assessed punishment, enhanced by two previous felony convictions, at imprisonment for fifteen years and a $1500 fine. Finding the evidence legally insufficient to sustain a conviction for endangering a child, we will reverse and render a judgment convicting appellant for leaving a child unattended...
