BLACKBURN, Chief Judge.
Following a jury trial, Melvin Dodson appeals his conviction for criminal attempt of arson in the first degree, contending that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict and (2) the trial court erred by denying his written request to charge the jury on criminal trespass as a lesser included offense.
