Plaintiffs-Appellants Angela Brady-Morris and Denise Brady ("Brady's daughters") appeal the district court's judgment affirming the bankruptcy court's declaration that the debtor Kenneth Allen Knight Trust ("Trust") is a "business trust" and therefore entitled to bankruptcy protection.
