Edualdo Rodriguez was convicted on one count of bank robbery and sentenced to 95 months in prison. He now appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court erred in increasing his base offense level pursuant to United States Sentencing Guidelines § 2B3.1(b)(2)(E), a provision that imposes a three-level sentencing enhancement where a defendant possesses a dangerous weapon during a robbery.
