In this appeal, we hold that contracting parties who provide for the arbitration of disputes in their agreements need submit to arbitration only those claims that touch on the legal rights created by their contract. The Court of Chancery dismissed fiduciary duty claims brought by minority stockholders of a Delaware corporation on the ground that the transactions giving rise to the stockholders' causes...
