In satisfaction of a multicount indictment, defendant entered a negotiated plea of guilty to attempted burglary in the second degree and criminal contempt in the first degree. As a part of the agreement, defendant executed a written waiver of his right to appeal which encompassed all appealable issues. Defendant was sentenced to the agreed-upon concurrent prison terms of two years for the attempted burglary conviction and 1 to 3 years for the criminal...
