Each party remaining in this action has moved for summary judgment. The issues have been fully briefed, and no hearing is necessary. See Local Rule 105.6. For the reasons set forth below, the motions for summary judgment of Joseph Musler, Jacqueline Musler, and AXENT Technologies will be granted. Victor Georgeff's motion for summary judgment will be denied.
