William E. Davis appeals his conviction for capital murder and sentence of life without parole. The conviction is based on accomplice liability. This case comes before this court pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2) as a criminal case in which the penalty of life imprisonment without parole has been imposed.
