This is an appeal from the trial court's final judgment of divorce.

Angelia Okonkwo filed a complaint for divorce from Matthew Onkonkwo on October 16, 2000. The matter was set for a reference hearing on November 15, 2000. The referee filed a report of reference on November 16, 2000, which found that the husband should pay the wife $250 per month for child support, or, should the husband be awarded custody of the minor children, then the wife...
