Anthony Smith is charged with the commission of three robberies. He is alleged to have robbed a Gymboree store at 1049 Third Avenue on April 18, 2001 and then again on June 15, 2001. As well, he is charged with a robbery at an American Airlines office located at 1843 Broadway later in the day on June 15, 2001. On June 17th, an eyewitness to both robberies at the Gymboree...
