This appeal concerns the validity of an inter vivos trust and deed created by Mary Lula Deadmon, who died in July 1999 at the age of ninety-seven. Mrs. Deadmon had no children. Appellants Eugene Farr, Raymond Farr, and Johnnie Farr are nephews of Mrs. Deadmon, as is appellee, James Henson.
