Leon Thomas Harris (Harris) was convicted, in a bench trial in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court, of two counts of petit larceny, in violation of Code § 18.2-96. He was sentenced to serve a term of twelve months in jail on each conviction, with eleven months suspended, the remaining time on each conviction to run concurrently.
