¶ 1. ANDERSON, J.

Darrent Britt appeals a final order quashing his petition for writ of habeas corpus, dismissing his action and remanding him to the custody of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) and Warden Jane Gamble. We agree with the trial court that the Wisconsin Parole Commission's (WPC) action on Britt's parole application was discretionary and taken in the interest of the public. We further agree that WIS. STAT. § 304.06(1r) (1989-90)...
