Ronald Eugene Henry appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm while subject to a court order in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), alleging, among other things, that the indictment was defective because it did not allege the scienter element of "knowing" set forth in the corresponding punishment provision of 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(2).
