Appellants, Leonarda Salazar, individually and as representative of the estate of Selerina Delgado, Margarito Delgado, and Hidalia Castillo appeal from a trial court order dismissing their health care liability claim for failure to timely furnish an expert report and curriculum vitae. In one point of error, appellants claim that the trial court erred in dismissing the case because they in fact did timely file the report...
