Angela Mangine ("defendant") was charged in one count of a five-count superseding indictment with conspiring to distribute methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a protected location. Defendant pled guilty to 21 U.S.C. § 846, the conspiracy offense, but reserved the issue of whether she had violated 21 U.S.C. § 860, the protected location offense.
