Opinion by Justice GRANT.

Brown & Root, Inc., n/k/a Kellogg-Brown & Root, Inc. appeals a jury verdict in favor of the Plaintiffs-Appellees, Nancy Moore, individually and as personal representative of the heirs and estate of Robert Moore, deceased, et al. (Moore). This was a suit for personal injury Robert Moore suffered as a result of his exposure to asbestos. The jury found that Brown & Root was ten percent responsible for Moore's injury...
