I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Diane Foley appeals from a judgment in favor of Appellee Rick Parlier for actual and exemplary damages for fraud. In Foley's first issue, she argues that the evidence is both legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's finding of fraud. In Foley's second and third issues, she argues that there is factually insufficient evidence to support the jury's finding of exemplary damages...
