Presently before the court are plaintiffs motion for leave to file an amended complaint adding Ohio River Company as a defendant "for purposes of the limitation fund only" in conjunction with defendant's affirmative defense under the Limitation of Shipowners' Liability Act of 1851, 46 App.U.S.C. §§ 181-189, and a number of other pretrial motions related to that defense.
