Christine McCormac, a/k/a Christine Bannerman a/k/a Danielle Carillo, ("McCormac") was convicted by a jury on three counts of fraud: bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344(2); false statements in a loan application, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014; and the use of a false social security number, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B).
