[¶ 1] Cleo Cooper pleaded guilty to one count of felony possession of a controlled substance under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031 (LexisNexis 2001). He appeals his judgment and sentence arguing the trial court committed error when it allowed a substance abuse therapist to testify during sentencing regarding privileged communications she had with him.
