This is a direct appeal by the defendant, Robert Clinton Hunziker, from his plea of guilty to one felony count of criminal damage to property and one count of misdemeanor theft. At the restitution hearing, the district court ordered that Hunziker and his codefendant, Nicholas D. Cox, would be required to pay the attorney fees incurred by the victim for consultation...
