This summary holdover proceeding is based upon a claim that the respondent, a rent-stabilized tenant, charged her roommate more than the roommate's "proportionate share" of the rent in violation of section 2525.7 (b) of the Rent Stabilization Code (9 NYCRR). The matter came before me for trial on September 30, 2002.
