Robb Jensen appeals a summary judgment dismissing his action against the School District of Rhinelander and ordering the district to release its evaluation of Jensen's performance pursuant to an open records law request. Jensen argues that (1) summary judgment was inappropriate because whether the board performed the necessary balancing test remains a disputed issue of fact and (2) his reputational interests and the unreliability of the evaluation...
