¶ 1 Rothrock Motor Sales, Inc. appeals from the judgment entered after a jury awarded Theodore Rothrock $192,000 in compensatory damages in this wrongful discharge action. The main issue presented is whether a wrongful discharge action is permitted in Pennsylvania when an employee is fired for refusing to dissuade a subordinate employee from pursuing a workers' compensation claim.
